The design & ordering process.

I take a great pride in my work and always want to ensure that every piece is perfect. As I work alone I am aware of my limitations and with this in mind I can only take on a limited number of commissions for each month. I am happy to book dates into my diary up to 12 months in advance and I ask for a deposit to confirm the date. Although I can only take on a limited number of large commissions I do try to be flexible and accommodate all orders, no matter how short notice. Once you have chosen your dress we can start to discuss the type of flowers and colours that you like. I am happy to take bookings from brides at any stage of their wedding planning but I feel that it is important that you find your dress before all other finer details are arranged. Your dress is the starting point of all of your wedding ensemble, look or theme. Your flowers should compliment your dress, never distract from it. I can work with swatches of fabric to ensure that colour matches are perfect.

As my business is internet based I am happy to contact via email or telephone (I prefer email so that I can forward photos and picture examples of individual stems). I am based in Mid Devon for anyone who would like to meet in person. For any brides holding their wedding in Devon and are looking to decorate their reception too, I find it useful to meet at the venue so I can get an overall feel of the place and take measurements etc.

I am in constant contact during the design process so that we can share ideas. Once I have made up your flowers I email photographs of the finished design. Once you are completely happy with the finished photographs, full payment is then taken and the flowers will then be posted or delivered. Only when you have received your flowers and you are 100% happy, is my service complete. It is so important to me that every bride is confident with my service and delighted with their flowers I will make any necessary tweaks that are needed and even cover the cost of postage you occur returning any flowers to me.
