Ready made items from Amaryllis Wedding Flowers eShop
All items must be paid for in full before delivery.
As per the distance sales regulations, you have the right to cancel your order any time prior to dispatch and up to 7 days after you receive the goods.
If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Amaryllis Wedding Flowers. As the flowers are to be returned at your own risk and cost, I recommend that you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost of the flowers will be refunded, less postage charges. Please contact me in the first instance if you are not satisfied with your order.
All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the items are faulty, or if I have incorrectly described on the website.
- The flowers must be returned with all packaging, and must be
in unused condition. - The Amaryllis Wedding Flowers secure label must still be
attached. - A copy of the delivery note enclosed with your order must be
supplied.
Personal commissions/Made to order
A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is required before delivery or 2 weeks before the wedding date (whichever is the sooner).
- Any items that have been specifically made to your individual
requirements or specifications will NOT be refunded.
However for personal commissions, as an act of goodwill; I want every bride to receive exactly what they wanted, I will make any necessary alterations to the bouquet and cover the cost of return postage.
Incorrectly described or faulty items
The descriptions on my website and photographs that I email are provided for your information. I do my best to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate and that colour shades are true to the item. In the unlikely event that I have described the items incorrectly or sent faulty goods, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned as stated above. If goods are faulty or incorrectly described, I will refund the full amount, in addition to any postal charges you occur returning to me.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
I make every effort to make sure that the information on my site is accurate and up to date. As with my floristry work, I take personal pride in it and want to get it right. If you find an error please do let me know via the contact section.
